The art in question will NOT be used for any Crypto/NFT/AI activity.

Any commission of real people is done with explicit consent unless of the SFW portraiture variety. Shipping of real people in the celebrity/influencer/streamer/well-known person sphere is strictly prohibited.

The content of the commission does not violate any US-based laws.

All NSFW/suggestive/ship content is done with all involved parties being adults or could be used in CSEM. This unfortunately includes lalafell for anything that isn't SFW ship art.

The characters/people involved are not part of domains with overt and purposeful discriminatory propaganda, and authors and creators do not support discriminative legislation outside of their domain.

I can refuse a commission at will on basis of personal ethics, personal standing, and comfort level.

The prices shown are for NON-COMMERCIAL USE. For commercial use, you must purchase a commercial license from me for use in commercial settings.
